Our Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee so if you're not happy with your product simply return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase, and we will replace it for you.  Please note this does not apply to mixed colours or House of Kolour products.  Some items may incur a restocking fee.

Sales support

We pride ourselves on our sales support and technical know-how. Remember, we're seeing people all day every day in the industry and there aren't too many challenges we haven't come across. Tell us about your project and we'll do everything we can to help you get the best products for the job.  We are happy to spec your job for you at no cost.

Delivery Information

Your order is important to us - we will pick and pack it within an hour of receipt of your order (during shop trading hours).  Delivery can be expected within three days of placing your order with us - often sooner. 

Where you need a paint mixed please allow two days extra.  While we endeavor to keep sufficient stock to meet your needs there are times where we may be out of an item - if so we will advise you of this, plus provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Warranty and Returns Policy

As per our 100% guarantee, we will happily replace products if you are not completely satisfied with them. Just return it within 14 days in its original packaging and receipt. Please note this does not apply to mixed colours or House of Kolour products.  Some items may incur a restocking fee.
