Chris and his wife Jo have owned Versatile Products for over 19 years.

Interests: Chris would like to be a 'great hunter' and spends any spare time he has hunting and gathering. 

Background: In a previous life Chris was a builder.

Jo Munro

Jo and Chris (her hubby) have owned Versatile Products for over 19 years.  Jo runs the shop and team at Versatile and is the driving force behind the business.  She's the Boss.

Interests: Very few - with three children, a dog, a business and a husband to run there's not a lot of spare time. 

Food: wine, wine, wine.

Bill McGavock

Bill is a Key Accounts Manager at Versatile Products.  Bill's role includes supplying product and offering technical advice.  Bill's background as a panelbeater makes him an ideal choice to service our panel and paint customers.

What do you like best about working in the industry?
Helping people make their businesses more efficient and profitable through using the correct products and systems.  Bill enjoys being part of his customers' businesses and building long term relationships.

What's your favourite music?
Middle of the road - Van Morrison, Elton John, Davy Spillane, and anything Celtic (ok - it's easy listening!).

What's your favourite food?
Fresh seafood - especially crayfish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Stella Artois, and Allan Scott Chardonnay (they're all food right?!).

What do you like to do outside of work?
Spend time with my wife and five daughters.

Who in the world would you most like to meet?
Bill Gates, Werner Erhard, Bono and John Cleese.

Jamie Davis

Jamie has worked in some of the top refinish shops in Auckland.  He is an expert painter and has a great knowledge of systems.  Jamie enjoys helping customers by improving their work flow and employing more efficient systems to make the business more profitable.

Jamie is the technical representative for Versatile and as such travels around the greater bay helping customers.  He is able to offer advice and product recommendations for most painting jobs.  Feel free to contact Jamie if you have a project in mind.

Viv Rundle

What is your role at Versatile: Part of the furniture !! Viv is the unbeatable encyclopaedia on Joinery and Marine.  She started her role in the shop and then moved into sales.  Her customers are mainly joiners, kitchen manufacturers, furniture polishers, and marine.

What do you most like about your job: Helping my customers please their customers - always an achievement.

Favourite Music: If it sounds good it stays on.

Favourite Food: In winter you can't beat a good boil up - but my doorstep supermarket never ceases to keep me full of seafood.

What do you like to do: Apart from taking care of my child, dogs, cat and husband (in that order) it leaves a little time for leisurely walks on the beach.

Who in the world would you most like to meet? Pink (outrageous).

Dion Drabble

Dion drives the big truck around the greater bay.  He mainly services the panel and paint industries and he has almost anything you could need on board.  Dion has a background in car painting.

Shawn Cameron

Shawn is the main man in the shop.  He is our expert in paint matching and has a wealth of advise on anything you need to get the job done.  If you need some advise Shawn is the man to see.

Heather Breingan

What is your role at Versatile?  Heather has been at Versatile for five years.  She handles all of the purchasing requirements, including sourcing different products for customers - so if you need something special, Heather is the one to see.

Joni Denham

Joni works part time helping customers in the shop.  She used to work for versatile full time but left to follow her dream to own her own business.

Baxter Munro

Baxter is the guard dog of Versatile Products, although he's more likely to lick you to death.

Favourite part of the Job:  Meeting and greeting all the fun people.  I especially enjoy sniffing them.
