Versatile Products has been going for almost 50 years !!

 

Husband and wife team, Chris and Jo Munro, have managed Versatile Products for over 25 years and it has seen some significant changes in that time.  When they first took on the business it was run from their garage at home, with just the two of them and wee babies around the place.  Since then the babies and the business have grown.  Versatile has relocated several times, always staying, in the hub of Tauranga though, making it easy to get to, from any area.

Versatile Products have thousands of products and the know-how to get you almost anything you need in the painting game.  They have paints for almost any application, to protect the things you cherish – from your house, to your boat, car and more.  In addition they carry a huge range of sundry items such as abrasives (that’s sandpaper), adhesives (that’s glue), tools, and of course, Festool.  In fact Versatile Products have one of only two Festool shops in NZ, where you can see most of the tools in action, and speak to a real expert (ask for Chris).

Mostly, Versatile provides answers.  They employ tradespeople with a wealth of experience on how to do the job properly. 

Currently the team is around 10 people, with trade backgrounds in the panel, paint, joinery and decorative industries.   These people know what it's about, and love to help others achieve their goals.

The Versatile Products store is centrally located at 61 Fourth Ave West.  The store offers trade prices for trade products and is open to all.  So come on in, or give us a call, to discuss your project.
