Permacron Plastic Adhesion Promoter 8500 is a product used in Permacron Base Coat Series 293/295 in place of Permacron Base Coat Reducers specifically to gain adhesion to paintable plastic parts such as bumper bars. This product contains a special Adhesion Promoter Additive which, when added to Permacron Base Coat Series 293/295, eliminates the need to use "Plastic Primers". Permacron Plastic Adhesion Promoter 8500 is particularly suitable for use on new, thoroughly cleaned and prepared plastic parts
