With separate versions for one-part and two-part sealants, they work with urethane, MSP, and epoxy seam sealers. They are designed to help technicians match the size, shape, positioning, and texture of robotically-applied OEM seam sealers. The threaded 1K tip allows the tip to be installed without any special tools on any 3M aluminum seam sealer cartridge. The 2K version easily attaches to square-barreled 3M™ Static mixing nozzles and 1K Sausage pack nozzles. The width, texture, and height of beads can be controlled by trimming the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application.
