Woodwax Finish Transparent Osmo Wood Wax Finish Transparent is a satin, transparent coloured wood finish, which combines all the advantages of oils and waxes in one unique product. Woodwax Finish Transparent is an interior product only. It can be used on timber panelling, sarking, architraves, doors and joinery. Woodwax Transparent can also be used on timber flooring, however the preferred product for flooring is Osmo's Oil Stain. Suitable timbers include Pine, Rimu, Kauri, Macrocarpa, Beech, Oak, and Douglas Fir (Oregon). Wood Wax Finish is not recommended for use on timbers with a high oil and resin content such as Matai, Totara, Kwila or Spotted Gum. We recommend doing a test first to determine colour suitability on your timber. Easy to maintain with any plant based soap and Osmo's liquid wax cleaner. Like all Osmo products, Woodwax Finish is based on natural vegetable oils and waxes. It is food safe, and stain resistant once cured. Please be aware that the colours change depending on the timber used and the images online will look different to a true finish.
