SabreGrip S30 is a high-performance contact adhesive with a unique resin formula that creates a tough and resilient bond line between decorative surface materials and all common wood substrates. SabreGrip S30 is suitable for bonding HPL and fabrics to a variety of substrates including MDF, chipboard, plywood, and many other timber sheet metals. SabreGrip S30 is designed for permanent bonding of materials where immediate bond strength and high heat resistance is required. SabreGrip S30 can also be used for bonding sheet metals. Applications: High Pressure Laminates (HPL) Decorative laminates Polyurethane foam Mineral wool panels Plasterboard Metals Wood Rubber Most plastics Leather Veneers Fibreglass Concrete Insulation materials How to Use: Spraying the Adhesive: Hold spray gun 10-20cm from the surfaces at about a 90°C and apply an even coat to cover 80 – 100% of the entire surface to be bonded, slightly overlapping with each pass. Tack Time: Allow to dry to tack for 1 – 2 minutes. For porous surfaces and crucial areas, it is recommended to apply a second coat after the first has become tacky.
