Ensure timber moisture content is below 15%. Do not apply in temperatures below 5? and above 35°C, in damp conditions (when relative humidity is above 85%), or if rain or dew is likely before the product has dried. If using more than one can, it is advisable to mix them together in a larger container for colour consistency. New bare timber needs sanding, cleaning and priming with Cetol HLSe. At temperatures below 10°C and when used internally with limited air circulation, the drying process will be delayed. On correctly prepared surfaces, apply two coats of Cetol Filter 7 Plus evenly with a good quality brush along the grain, avoiding overlaps. Allow 24 hours between coats.
