The threaded 1K tip allows the tip to be installed without any special tools on any 3M aluminum seam sealer cartridge. The 2K version easily attaches to square-barreled 3M™ Static mixing nozzles and 1K Sausage pack nozzles. The width, texture, and height of beads can be controlled by trimming the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application.
